Finish the presentation first
Set the rooms as you want viewers to experience them before the camera arrives. Clear countertops, finish cleaning and put away paperwork, medication and personal photographs. Keep furniture in place throughout the appointment so the tour presents one coherent arrangement.
Plan for more than the front door
For a Laguna Beach hillside home or a San Clemente property with several levels, explain the access route and parking situation in advance. Supply gate instructions privately and identify the person who can open each agreed area. Mention stairs, narrow routes and detached buildings.
Ask the capture team which terraces and interior-to-exterior connections suit the project. Do not assume an outdoor space is included because it appears in a window view. The scope should identify what the final walkthrough needs to show.
Keep the appointment calm
Schedule cleaners, deliveries and other work outside the scan window where practical. Arrange somewhere for pets and residents to wait. When the preview arrives, check the property as a viewer would, then review visible details before approving public sharing.
