Keep one reliable property record
A support colleague working away from the property can use a walkthrough to locate the room a guest describes. Save the current link with the property name, capture date and included areas. Use the same room names in the tour, listing and staff instructions.
Keep operating details in their own system
A public tour should not contain entry codes, alarm instructions or personal guest information. Store those details in the access-controlled system your team already uses. The walkthrough supplies spatial context; the operations record supplies the instructions.
During a handoff, review one route together, such as entry to kitchen to outdoor dining. Explain any excluded rooms and areas whose appearance has changed. This is more useful than sending a link without context.
Assign responsibility for updates
Choose someone to review the tour after a remodel or a change in the normal guest setup. Keep the hosting end date and managing website with the link. If the property changes management, review those details before reusing old guest-facing materials or notification settings.
Plan your Orange County capture
Send the property address, approximate size, preferred date and the deliverables your audience needs. Discuss your project.
